DRIVER’S TRAINING
We have a Dedicated professional trainer to train all our drivers who are adequately experienced and also exposed to frequent training programs which ensure they are upto-date and they are refreshed in their area of operations. They are thoroughly conversant with Chennai road network and traffic conditions. Spare drivers, supervisors
and other supporting staff are also on the rolls to meet any contingencies. All the drivers are trained in the following aspects thoroughly:

We have in-built provisions in our system to ensure continuity of business at all times. This includes infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, manpower etc., to cope up with any contingency. WORKSHOP/ PARKING PLACES
Sri Sastha Logistics will be responsible for proper routing of Vehicles, monitor the
cleanliness of the vehicles
* Monitor timely reporting at Start Points
* Monitor and give reasons for missing any employee enroute
* Coordinate replacement Vehicle/Driver
* To check the quality of the vehicles at regular interval
* Monitor & restrict unauthorized usage of vehicles & unauthorized passengers
*To maintain vehicle log books
* To check if all the vehicles are equipped with all the required items including
sanitizers and masks and temperature scanning.
* Process the vehicle requisition and allocations accordingly
* Daily monitoring of Kms, hours and trips done
* Ensure drivers are groomed & well-mannered and vaccinated
* Carryout surprise checks to monitor Rash Driving, Punctuality, Safety &
Unauthorized usage and generate abnormal reports
* Vehicles are sanitized at regular interval
