OUR MANAGEMENT

Our Managing Director Mr. Madhan Kumar. K has expertise and remarkable experience in this field. He is in the field for past 8 Years. We have a team of highly skilled and professional employees who takes at most effort to work for our organization and serve people. We have a strong team Finance, HR, supervisors to coordinate the drivers routes, Site incharge, MIS specialist and other staffs to make sure That are available 24*7.We strongly believe in implementing the latest technologies backed by an unwavering ommitment to the highest levels of workmanship and safety. Strict adherence to Government norms, eco-conscious methodologies and expert team of professional assistance are amongst the few essentials to be named.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sri Sastha Logistics will be responsible for proper routing of Vehicles, monitor the cleanliness of the vehicles.
  •  Monitor timely reporting at Start Points.
  • Monitor and give reasons for missing any employee enroute.
  • Coordinate replacement Vehicle/Driver.
  • To check the quality of the vehicles at regular interval
  •  Monitor & restrict unauthorized usage of vehicles & unauthorized passengers.
  • To maintain vehicle log books.
  • To check if all the vehicles are equipped with all the required items including
    sanitizers and masks and temperature scanning..
  •  Process the vehicle requisition and allocations accordingly.
  • Daily monitoring of Kms, hours and trips done.
  • Ensure drivers are groomed & well-mannered and vaccinated.
  • Carryout surprise checks to monitor Rash Driving, Punctuality, Safety & Unauthorized usage and generate abnormal reports.
  • Vehicles are sanitized at regular interval.
